Robert Ervin Howard (1906-1936) was an American author who wrote in a wide range of genres. Born and raised in Texas, Howard was a bookish and intellectual child with a great interest in boxing. He is the creator of the pulp fiction hero Conan the Barbarian and is considered as the father of the sword and sorcery subgenre.
B. J. Harrison started his Classic Tales Podcast back in 2007, wanting to breathe new life into classic stories.
