Deborah Mattsson Clarke knows first-hand what it’s like to juggle the demands of a busy career and home life. She has worked as an independent consultant and trainer for more than 20 years with a focus on helping individuals and teams to reach their full potential. Prior to that, she worked as Editorial Director for a global publishing and media organisation with responsibility for over 50 employees, collaborating with 23 different countries and as a member of the management team. Deborah’s consultancy covers a wide variety of corporate environments, all types of companies from large global multi-nationals to small non-profit organisations, as well as official organisations such as healthcare departments, as well as private individuals. During large scale change initiatives, Deborah works with senior executives to assist them and their teams transform organisational and leadership cultures with the emphasis on maintaining the health and well-being of personnel through one-to-one coaching. Deborah has a BA Honours degree in Communication Psychology, English Language and Linguistics, as well as post graduate qualifications in Workplace Counseling (Westminster Foundation, London), Human Resources Consultancy (AMED, London), Psychometric Tools and Testing (Oxford Psychologists Press, Oxford), Landscape of the Mind (Inner Skills, London), Rehabilitation Counseling (VF, Sweden), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (CBT, Sweden). She is also certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (levels 1 and 2), as well as completing training as a SCRUM Master in the SCRUM methodology.
