Fast, Tight, Relevant! will give you the tools you need to transform your company into a modern growth machine in a hands-on practical approach based on experience gathered over two decades. This book is not the work of a 26-year old management consultant that has theories about what works. This is a collection of hard-earned insights about how to become fast, tight and relevant in your market. Insights that has earned millions for the companies that did it right and burnt millions for the ones who got them wrong. With a background over the past 2 decades as a CEO in successful startups and as a big company executive, Jonas has gathered a recipe for how to transform any company into a modern growth machine without trying to become a Sillicon Valley Startup. Jonas started his business career at Tele2, one of Sweden’s largest mobile operators, as a telephone sales representative. During 9 years he worked with mostly everything within sales, marketing and product management and ended up as senior manager within the company. A brave swan dive in to the startup world later, he built and ran a successful telecom service provider in Sweden and Denmark called Uno Telefoni for 6 years as CEO, takin the company from 0 to 10 Million in annual turnover. Jonas then founded hidn technology and ran that company for 18 months until it had to be terminated. There were lot’s of learnings to be made from but running a successful startup and running a not so successful startup but it wasn’t until he ended up in the large corporate world again that the idea for the first book took form. Seeing what small companies do great and how big companies struggle to understand what this is, the concept for the book became clear. To create a recipe of how to be like a small company: fast, tight, relevant!
