Hon har även en bakgrund från att arbeta med arbetslivets villkor fokus på arbetshälsa och ledarskap- och arbetsorganisation.Examensarbetet i Preventiv Medicin/Hälsopromotion vid Karolinska Institutet handlade om “Hälsofrämjande insatser som en del i privat sjukvårdsförsäkring – en studie på medelstora IT-företag”, och landade i en anställning på Arbetslivsinstitutet. Där jobbade hon med att ta fram exempel på hälsofrämjande arbetsplatser i Sverige åt det EU-finansierade nätverket European Network for Work place HealthPromotion (ENWHP) . I ett av uppdragen i sitt företag tog hon fram riktlinjerna för projektet “Det skånska nätverket för ökad hälsa på det skånska arbetsplatserna” och tog sedan rollen som projektsamordnare.
